2025 Lent Wellness Challenge

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you,
which you have from God, and that you are not your own?
For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body.

1st Corinthians 6:19-20

Our bodies are sacred, a gift from God more complex and beautiful than we can begin to imagine. This Lent, you are invited to take care of yourself inside and out as part of our journey to the cross together as Spirit of Joy. To help, we are providing a series of challenges and incentives across four areas of the Wellness Wheel with two additional challenges to take control of your screen time. Each challenge you sign up for will earn you an entry into our live prize drawing on Tuesday, April 22nd. Sign up today. Be well.

We'll send you emails for the challenges you sign up for

to keep you motivated and for more information!
